I want to return my rented Apple product. What do I need to do before doing so?

Please ensure that your rented Apple device has been disconnected from iCloud before returning it to us, as we can not accept your return before the device has been properly disconnected.

To do so, please visit www.icloud.com and select "Find my iPhone".

If you still have access to the rented device, just remove it there. If not, click on "All devices" and then the "X" next to the one that you have returned to us.
