I rented my device from a partner. Who do I contact in case of damage and warranty?

After you have rented the device through one of our partners, we are your contact for all further warranty or damage cases. If your device has been damaged so that it is no longer functional, we assume 50% percent of the repair costs. In any case, the damage must be reported directly to us, so that we can take all further steps. A return to one of our trading partners is unfortunately not possible.
